Spirit of Wolf shamanic tradition
Shamanic work
There are wounds the mind cannot reach, because they do not live in the mind.
The path that found me
Shamanic work was not something I chose. It was rather something that chose me, quietly and over a long time.
I had been helping people through massage for 15 years when the shamanic call began to whisper that there is a method for going deeper still. For creating changes that dissolve those same tensions that keep returning to the body. I took my time before I said the final YES to the Spirit of Wolf tradition. It is a devotion and a feeling of coming home at the same time.
Within this tradition I learned that the shaman is a bridge, between the human being and the spirit world, between the visible and the invisible. That the drum is a horse that carries consciousness to where the causes of things live. And that it is not I who heal, I am a channel through which the spirits do their work.
A shaman is not the one who is whole. She is the one who has walked through the darkness and come back, and that is why she knows the way.
I do not come to you from wholeness. I come from healing, from the path I have walked myself. That is exactly what makes me a companion rather than a judge. Your pain does not frighten me. I know where it leads, and I know that one can come back from there.
What shamanic work is
Shamanic work happens in a state of consciousness called the shamanic journey. Carried by the steady beat of the drum, my consciousness travels to where the causes of things live, to the spirit world. There I meet allies, power animals, spirits and ancestors, who show what needs attention and help to set it right.
In the spirit world it may become clear that a part of you left at some point in order to protect you, and needs to be called home. Or that you are carrying something that is not yours. Or that your power animal, your protection and life force, has moved away from you. I do not decide in advance what to do. I listen to what the soul shows.
This is not therapy or counselling. The work happens deeper than words, there where the wound actually lives. You rest, I journey, and together we bring back what is yours.
What I do
Every piece of work is born from a need, not from a plan. Here are the ways I can support you.
1:1 healing session
Deep one-to-one work with the drum. I journey into the spirit world to find what in your soul needs attention, and to bring back what is yours. Every session is its own, because it is led by the spirits, not by a plan.

When you are standing at a crossroads and need clarity, I look at your question through the traditional Huvanaak system. It takes place as a distance session, you do not need to come anywhere.

A home also has an energy field, and it can grow heavy, after a quarrel, an illness, a move, or simply over time. I cleanse and bless your home so that the space can breathe again.
In your home, depending on its sizeBlessing ceremony in nature
The great thresholds of life, a wedding or the arrival of a child, can be consecrated in nature with the power of the elements. I create a ceremony for you that binds your moment to earth, water, fire and air.

For whom
Shamanic work is for you if…
- There is a tension in the body that keeps coming back, whatever you try.
- You feel that a part of you is missing, that life force, joy or direction has gone somewhere.
- You are standing at a crossroads and need a clarity the mind alone cannot give.
- Your home feels heavy or stuck, after a quarrel, an illness, a move, or simply over time.
- A great threshold is ahead, a wedding or the arrival of a child, that you want to consecrate with something deeper.
- You feel a calling towards the spirit world, some souls simply know.
Shamanic work asks for no belief and no previous knowledge. It is enough to be willing to be honest about what is moving in you.
How a healing session unfolds
Conversation
We start with what brings you here. You do not need to know a diagnosis, a feeling or a question is enough.
The journey
You lie down comfortably and rest. Carried by the drum, I journey into the spirit world for you.
Bringing back
I bring back what the spirits showed, a lost part, a power animal or a message.
Integration
We share what came, and look together at how to carry it into everyday life.
Before and after
Attitude
Think about what touches you right now. What would you like to understand or to get back? An open question is enough too.
Clothing
Comfortable, warm clothes. You will be lying down and resting, what matters is that the body can relax.
The body
Avoid alcohol and mind-altering substances before the session. Come rested if you can.
Afterwards
Leave yourself some space. Integration continues for days. Drink water, rest, be gentle with yourself.
When the soul calls
You do not need to know what exactly is missing. Your soul knows. Our task is to listen together.
