SPIRIT OF WOLF šamaani traditsiooni kandja

I light a candle. I cleanse and empower the room with juniper smoke, to hold the purest connection. And of course, tea. Since March 2019 pu erh tea has been with me as naturally as a breath. Simple rituals, to tune into myself and open the channel of creation.
Although scribbling words across paper with a pencil is more natural to me, today I step out of comfort and tap away on a cold keyboard. I notice the moment.
The soul is trembling inside. I want to and I do not want to. I dare and I do not dare. I have become quite good at sensing myself. So I welcome the trembling, because it is such a pleasure to feel it, since I know what it really means. These are exactly the special moments where life turns in a radically new direction, and I am fully present in trust that it is for my highest good, because I create these moments myself, consciously or not.
Shivers run down my back, and not from the cold, although the room is still chilly because the stove has only just begun to burn. Diving into the unknown, we would sometimes like to keep our toes in the safe zone so we can go back if the plan does not work. But there is no need, because the journey of life always keeps the right course, and meanings can be changed. So I am the one who experiences. I dissolve life into every cell and then widen the boundaries of the world that I believed possible. I cannot do things any other way, it is my natural way, and therefore the only way to live. In the end perhaps so that the experiences, the insights and the widening of boundaries can find their outlet. In the form of words, outside time and space, so that you who are reading can find the inspiration you need at this moment, because otherwise you would not have ended up here.
I believe that people are not machines, even though the history of philosophy holds thinkers who have tried to understand the human being that way. In the end it does not work. We may have the illusion that thoughts and deeds are logical and rational. In the moment when we truly live, they are everything but that. That is why I promise that everything I write comes purely through the soul, no machines and no schemes.

A pause. I do not want to step from here onto the level of pure intellect, so I sense what the most honest expression is right now. The mind offers a hundred solutions, but they are all too comfortable a choice.
Love. The most genuine and honest feeling. The most powerful creator. In the moment when we can lift our bodily feelings into the heart and open ourselves to the world in the most sincere and tender way, a living spark is born. That energy flows out through the hands, to create, to heal, or simply to hold ourselves or someone else.
Still, it is not always easy to descend into that feeling, or even to receive it from others. The deepest pains live precisely in the heart, and they activate the process of defence and separation.
Bodily discomfort can also be a sign that at this moment we have no connection with something greater. But it does not mean that something is hopelessly broken.
To notice yourself. To become aware first of all that if I am not experiencing love in my heart right now, then something inside me is preventing it. That something is simply protecting, and it does not need a judgement that the situation is bad. But is there a need to stay in separation? Is someone else to blame? NO.
Do you dare to look deeper into yourself right now? What exactly is it, which belief keeps your heart behind a stone wall and does not let the most natural feeling flow freely and create your life with it? We all have those moments, and that is what makes us human. We are not perfect, but in every moment we are enough.
Even this helps a little further, to acknowledge the situation simply as it is. There is no need to add the tension of “I have failed” or anything like it. That does not help anyone! Really, no one! To experience the present feeling, without reproach or blame.
What helps me in this moment is a shou pu erh tea called “Dragon’s Heart” and the warmth of the tea bowl in my palms. Even the image of a heart inside the bowl nods that the timing is right, everything is in alignment. But at the root level it actually lies simply in the power of decision, that I wish to experience even more love in my heart and I am ready to open the space of the heart for it myself.
The heart is your compass, ask it what it needs right now.
I know that it takes courage, also to truly listen, but I am completely certain that it is in you, because you are not here by accident.
Love is connection. Connection with something greater than yourself. Connection with life. It all begins first with you. To be in connection with yourself and to feel love towards yourself. Then everything is already possible.
The tea spreads through the body and is one part of me, or I of it. A connection with those old trees, with those people who picked these leaves decades ago, with the time when the tea stood and waited for its moment until boiling water is poured over it and it is embraced exactly as it is.
I have noticed that when we give ourselves time, to be for a moment, to restore that connection, then it is very easy to feel love. For a shaman this is the primary energy for creating change in the spirit world, and it is the same on the human level.
My heart compass always shows the right direction, and so does yours!
Until we meet 🔥
